Removing product from packaging after shipping

STOP! Before Opening:

Please untwist the two twist ties underneath this box.

NOTE: It will ease removal to straighten twist ties

Pull up ribbon while firmly holding the exterior box to remove the product.

Carefully lift up and remove cardboard insert.

Slowly remove the small pieces of tissue paper surrounding the plant.

Cut the gray ribbon at the top of the foam using a pair of scissors. Then carefully remove the gray ribbon by unwrapping it from the foam.

From the top, pinch and pull up on the plastic wrap to remove plant from foam. Do not pull and lift from the actual clay flowers.

Carefully unwind the plastic wrap to remove it from around the plant.

Slowly remove the tissue paper that’s protecting the flowers/leaves. Be extra careful not to pull if it feels stuck. Though it's durable, too much force could break the clay plant.

Your plant may need to be slightly adjusted due to shipping. You may reposition the leaves and/or the entire flower head by gently adjusting them. Be sure not to overwork/bend the leaves and flowers too much. They are not meant to be continuously readjusted. Doing so could damage your product.
